Every potential attending decision maker must complete a detailed questionnaire as part of our pre-qualification process. This enables us to evaluate their suitability and reveals information including:

3 months process of evaluation and qualification

Working in collaboration with ministries, governing bodies and industry specialties we pinpoint market demand and create b2b summits.
We then analyse our client base to identify appropriate organizations and decision makers to be shortlisted for attendance.
Potential attendees are then pre-qualified to ensue they meet a specific criteria.
An account manager will be appointed to you and based on the solutions or services you are providing, invite the right corporate buyers for you to meet.
After the summit we will provide you with a post summit report and your account manager will assist with following up on your meetings.
During the summit your account manager will work with you to ensure you have as many meetings as possible.
The purchasing criteria of all attendees will be provided to you for all attendees before the event. Your account manager will also recommend a short list of target buyers for your products.
